Ages & Skills
We love children of all ages, infants up to Age 12 are accommodated through various programs at The Children’s School of Music.
Infants often attend school with their parents and older siblings. Most joyfully observe the classes and learn by osmosis. Non-Walking babies are also encouraged to get started with our Baby Harmony Class.
The Harmony Road music program provides various levels of music and learning for children up through the 6th grade. Many children begin with us an non-walking babies and continue through age 11 or 12 — providing them with over 10 years of musical education by the 6th grade.
Special Needs
At The Children’s School of Music, we believe that “Every Child Needs to Play.” It is our top priority to include all children with all levels of need and from all different backgrounds in such a way that they will experience success and joy through playing music.
It is the ultimate goal to include every child in our group classes, as the added dimension of sharing music with others will provide the greatest benefit to your child. However, we realize that a process may be involved to assist kids to reach the level of full group participation, and for that reason we will accommodate children with special needs through private and small group lessons.
