Classes for Ages 5 & Under

Experience a class! Click on the video to watch one of our We LOVE teaching music to young children! And, we know you’ll love participating in class too. To optimize learning, we request parent or guardian participation in all Baby, Toddler, and Preschool classes. As with all our classes, we welcome families to stop in for a trial class to observe and learn about our teaching method. For these early childhood classes, we recommend a minimum of 4 classes for the child to fully absorb the benefits of the learning process. * * |
Baby Harmony
Non-Walking Babies
A positive musical experience for babies! A multi-sensory approach to exploring music, including lots of singing, bouncing, moving, rhythm and age-appropriate instrument play.
(30 min. class) – $7 per class. Drop-in or sign up class by class.
Toddler Tunes
Walking Babies – 3 years old
A wonderful musical beginning includes singing, rocking, finger games and lots of rhythm play. Keyboard geography includes high and low notes, black and white keys and playing/stopping concepts. In class you will experience and share: movement and rhythm, activity songs for body awareness, songs to sing (fun, silly, and lullabies), playing small percussion instruments, keyboard games, activities and manipulatives (hoops, streamers, balls, etc.), listening activities (quiet and active).
(30 min. class) – 6 week sessions, $60
Music In Me & More Music in Me
Ages 3 – 4
Music in Me is a dynamic readiness program for young children with emphasis on ear training, solfege singing, movement, keyboard activities, pitch and rhythm awareness. Creativity is stressed. Parent involvement in class and at home.
(30 min. class) – $240 per session, 16 weeks
Tuition excludes required books & CD’s, which are an additional ~$30.
